PDCA

In the monitoring of the projects under development, we use the PDCA management tool for the control and continuous improvement of processes and products.

PDCA (plan–do–check–act or plan–do–check–adjust) is an iterative four-step management method used in business for the control and continuous improvement of processes and products. It is also known as the Deming circle/cycle, the Shewhart cycle, the control circle/cycle, or plan–do–study–act (PDSA).

Project Management

In an era when corporate competitiveness is getting one of the most relevant factors it is essential to prevent all type of deviations during project development, either in costs, deadlines or quality deliverables. The cost of changes and error corrections increases substantially throughout the project life cycle; therefore, it is essential to involve the project stakeholders since the beginning of the project.

To manage clients’ projects, g3p consulting uses project management based on Project Management Institute best practices (PMBoK®) knowing that is the most effective way for organizations to avoid loss of productivity and waste through the processes of initiation, planning, execution, control and closure.

The project life cycle, includes:

  • Identification of relevant stages and their sequence
  • Type of work done in each phase
  • Inputs and deliveries (outputs) of each phase

Change Management

Change is the key word in today business, whether it is necessary to define new strategy, new processes or to adjust to new technologies.

We know that a change management process is not an easy path. Processes with new work systems and decision processes require new skills, behaviors and attitudes that cause the change of organizational culture. However, changing the culture of a company is often the key to a successful new strategy.

g3p consulting is the trusted partner to deal with organizational change since, in addition to being able to develop the whole process from the definition of the strategy and its implementation to the design of the new organization, it ensures that:

  • The staff involved in the project acquires the knowledge of the working tools adjusted to real needs, and develops the necessary skills for the know-how to achieve the defined goals, through on-the-job training;
  • Coaching sessions are conducted in situations where individual dedication is needed.

The team work promoted by g3p consulting during the projects ensures the understanding and incorporation of new processes by all stakeholders, which translates into a more positive working environment, an increase in accountability, a greater commitment of all to the organization, providing thus always positive results.
