With the Asset Condition Analysis training, you will be able to:
Assess the asset condition, to support your reliability program review, contributing to the reduction of the asset management costs and business risk mitigation.
Asset Condition Analysis is a systematic approach for determining the remaining life of an asset and the asset cycle costs. The purpose is to objectively rank assets to support the decision to repair, refurbish or replace.
Also, it will give you information to better manage the maintenance plans, risk and costs related. The condition assessment includes the review and analysis of the information and data collected in the two assessment processes (quantitative and qualitative) in order to determine or estimate remaining asset life.
The participants will attend a theoretical training session and a workshop on the Asset Condition Analysis methodology.
The Asset Condition Analysis training workshop will be performed with a simulation that will ensure the implementation of the methodology learned during the theoretical training, including the definition of factors, criteria and scoring process. This will reinforce the comprehension of the Asset Condition Analysis methodology.
