With the Root Cause Analysis training, you will be able to:
Eliminating or reduce the cause of failures and defects to improve asset uptime, using a standard multi-step RCA process to identify the primary-cause of a problem, with a multi-disciplinary team will help you to correct and prevent asset failures.
Root cause analysis (RCA) is a systematic process that is part of a more general problem-solving process and an integral part of continuous improvement.
Because of this, root cause analysis is one of the core building blocks in an organization’s continuous improvement efforts. It's important to note that root cause analysis in itself will not produce any results. It must be made part of a larger problem-solving effort for quality improvement.
The root cause is the core issue that sets in motion the entire cause-and-effect reaction that ultimately leads to the problem(s).

The participants will attend a theoretical training session and a workshop that will incorporate the Root Cause Analysis best practices on a real project on the way of working.
The Root Cause Analysis workshop will be performed with a simulation that will ensure the implementation of the concepts learned during the theoretical training and reinforces the comprehension of the Root Cause Analysis basics, methods and tools to be used.
